As a Committee Chair, I understand and am prepared to support the following responsibilities to the best of my ability:

Plan to attend the HJWC Leadership Seminar in the Summer to kick off the club year

Host monthly Committee Meetings and share relevant Board updates with my committee members.

Align with my co-chair(s) to help ensure that one of us attends Board and General Meetings (see note below).

Report monthly committee attendance to the 2nd VP/Membership Chair for member engagement and new member initiation

Submit Weekly News updates to the 1st VP and social media content to the Secretary as needed.

Encourage participation in the annual Benefit and other club events.

Note: Board & General Meetings are typically the 2nd Tuesday of the month September through May, with a break in December.
